We manage tenancies at four levels, all at a £600 setup fee, we let commercial premises, and we publish every fee in full. For landlords

Let your property

the four tiers side by side, what each includes, and which landlord each one suits.

£600, no ongoing fee. We find, reference and check in the tenant; you run the tenancy.

Rent Collection

£600, then 8% of the rent. The money side handled: collection, arrears and monthly statements.

£600, then 10% of the rent. The whole tenancy, from repairs and inspections to the deposit at the end.

Overseas landlord management

£600, then 12%, fully managed only, with HMRC's Non-Resident Landlord Scheme operated and a named UK licence holder included.

Commercial letting

£800 setup, then 10% to 15% of the first year's rent on a lease grant, with the lease drafted by Trent Law Solicitors.

Letting a shop, office or unit through us costs an £800 setup fee, then a fee of 10% to 15% of the first year's rent on the grant of the lease, negotiable and confirmed in writing before marketing, all including any VAT.

Fully Managed costs a £600 setup fee, then 10% of the rent, including any VAT.
