Choose your sale

our fee is 0.8% of the sale price with a £1,800 minimum, including any VAT, published in full and payable on completion.

Sell a commercial property

shops, offices, industrial units and land, from 1.5% with a £2,400 minimum.

Sell a mixed use property

shops with flats above and other split use buildings, sold whole or in parts, from 1.5% with a £2,400 minimum.

Selling at auction

traditional and conditional methods explained, at the same 0.8% fee, with the sales pack by Trent Law Solicitors and every cost disclosed before marketing.

Sell a business

confidential marketing at 1.2% with a £3,000 minimum and an £800 setup fee, with the legal work a corridor away.
