The arrangement fee is Trent Finance's own, and the reduction is given by Trent Finance to clients we introduce, with the connection disclosed. Specialist lending, adverse credit or complex income among them, is quoted by Trent Finance individually before you commit to anything.
A broker's value is the market you do not see: lenders who do not deal with the public, criteria that change weekly, and the difference between a rate that looks cheap and a deal that is cheap once fees and terms are counted. Trent Finance advises on and arranges residential and buy to let mortgages, including for non-resident and overseas borrowers through its network's panel, and handles the application through to offer, chasing the lender so your purchase timetable does not slip. For a purchase through us, agent and broker share a building, and a mortgage problem is found in days rather than discovered at exchange.
Trent Finance Limited is an Appointed Representative of Dragon Brokers Limited, trading as The Dragon Network, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 599430. Trent Estate Agents Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, arranges no finance and gives no financial advice; this page is an introduction to Trent Finance, our connection to which we disclose to every client. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Trent Finance's arrangement fee is £750 on a standard residential mortgage and £995 on a regular buy to let. Our clients with an active matter pay £650 and £850 respectively. Mortgage intermediation is exempt from VAT, so nothing is added to any of these figures.
A live instruction with us: a sale or purchase in progress, a letting, or a signed sourcing appointment. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask, and you will get a straight answer rather than a definition.
Yes. It arranges buy to let mortgages for non-resident borrowers through lenders on its network's panel who serve that market. Expect fuller documentation requirements and larger deposits than a UK borrower would see; the arrangement fee for our overseas sourcing and management clients is the £850 client rate.
No, never. Any suggestion that an offer depends on using an in-house broker would be improper, and it does not happen here. Use any broker or lender you wish; our service and our fees are identical either way.
